Some Nouns- 2

 

हिन्दी का एक शब्द है बात । इस बात शब्द का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद को ध्यान से देखें- -

1. बात पक्की हो गई -- The terms are settled. 
2. आप दोनों में बाता- बाती हो गई थी- - Both of you exchanged hot words. 
3. बात बहुत बिगड़ गई- - The matter took a serious turn.
4. छोटा मुँह बड़ी बात- - Small wits, great boast.
5. दिनेश को लम्बी- चौड़ी बातें पसंद नहीं- - Dinesh doesn't like tall talks. 
6. लम्बी- चौड़ी बातें मत करो- - Don't talk big.
7. जहाँ तक गजेन्द्र की बात का संबंध है --So far as Gajendra's matter is concerned. 
8. वह हँसने की बात नहीं है- - That is not a laughing  matter.
9. आप उन लोगों के बात में आ गये- - You were taken in by their words. 
10. वह तो अच्छी बात है- - That's a good thing. 
11. वह बात तुम्हें पसंद नहीं है -- You don't like that. 
12. वह अजीब बात है- - That is strange .
13. वह झूठी बात है -- That is false. 
14. यह सच्ची बात है- - It is true. 
15. वह बात सत्य है- - That's is a fact.
16. क्या बात करतें हैं- - What do you talk about? 
17. एक समय की बात है- - Once it so happened. 
18. श्याम ने सारी बातें राम के सामने रखी- - Shyam placed everything before Ram. 
19. आप की बात राम को समझ में नहीं आती- - Ram is not able to understand you.
20. वह बात मुझे नहीं सूझी- - That didn't occur to me. 
21. बात ही बात में आप ने सब कुछ कर दिया- - You did everything in the twinkling of eyes. 
22. छोटी-छोटी बातों की चिंता मत कीजिए- - Don't worry about trifles.
23. बात नहीं बनाईये- - Don't spin yarn.
24. आप ने मेरी समस्याओं को बातों में उड़ा दिया- - You dismissed my problems. 
25. आपने मेरी बातों पर ध्यान नहीं दिया- - You didn't pay heed to me. 
26. धीरेन बात का पक्का है-- Dhiren is a man of word.
