How to write an essay on Students and Politics

 STUDENT AND POLITICS

Friends! Today I am going to learn you, “How to write an essay on student and politics.” Always keep in mind that writing an essay is an art. How to write is more important than what to write for essay writing. Let us get started.

INTRODUCTION

The people of the whole of the world are divided into three different groups. Some of them advocate that the students must take part in active politics and on the contrary, some of them oppose this concept totally. There is another group that advocates that students should be taught politics by lectures and debates. There is a great question that rises here if the students should take part in active politics or not in the light of the modern context.

POLITICS IN FAVOUR OF THE STUDENTS

The student’s life is the life for learning, no doubt in it, but living life is itself a politics. How can you separate a student’s life from politics? Learning helps them to live a fantastic lifestyle. There was a great role of the student for freedom fight against the British’s rule. They also took part in J.P. agitation in 1974. They ultimately became able to make a government of the Janata Party in 1977 defeating Indira Gandhi’s government. Students are the future guardian of the country. Being students they must dedicate themselves to their study at first. It is quite essential for a student, but it is also necessary to learn how to manage their society and government. In this context, the students must take part in active politics.

There is a subject named Political Science that is already taught in various colleges and universities. Taking part in active politics they prepare themselves for the practical knowledge of political science. The students must know the power of politics which determines the fate of the country. The students are the young personality of the country and they possess the enormous power to change. So it is quite correct that the students must take part in active politics.

POLITICS IN RESISTANCE OF THE STUDENTS

Nowadays, Politics means corruption. It develops in the student’s mind earthly power and value. They begin to understand that only winning elections by hook or by crook is the main aim of lives. They forget their moral values. They destroy their study being active in politics because they do have not enough time and mental peace. Only gaining worldly power and value by corrupted methods can’t be the aim of the students. They must be good thinkers, philosophers, scientists, engineers, and teachers, etc. Only then do they contribute their original value to the country.

ONLY POLITICAL KNOWLEDGE SHOULD BE GIVEN

There is another group of people who think of students should study well. In this sense, they must study the politics of the country but by means of lectures and debates not by active politics. By doing this they will be able to understand the actual political condition of the country without neglecting their study. The study is part and parcel of the student’s life. During this life, they have to train themselves for society. Therefore, political knowledge without agitation is good for them.

CONCLUSION

Above mentioned views are true to some extent, but each has some merits and demerits too. During the preparation for future life, the students must be taught politics so that they may be able to understand the pros and cons of it. It is true to say, “Today’s reader is tomorrow’s leader.”The students have to lead their families, societies, departments, provinces, and ultimately the country. The merit of leadership must be developed in the students, but not at cost of their study.
